Velasquez Construction Group is owned and run by Miguel and Miguel Jr. We're both on site for every job, working side by side with our team from the first day to the last.

Common questions
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the project, explain what we see, and give you written pricing. No cost and no obligation.
Can my steps be repaired, or do they need a rebuild?
If the structure underneath is sound, repairing and resurfacing is usually the smart move and costs much less. If it's settling, hollow or breaking apart, we'll tell you honestly that a rebuild is the better investment.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Not for most outdoor work, as long as we can get to the area. If you'd rather walk through it with us, we'll set a time that works.
Can you do resurfacing in cold weather?
We don't recommend overlays once temperatures drop below 40°F, because the material needs warmer weather to cure properly. We'll help you plan the right timing.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and our schedule. After your estimate we'll give you a realistic start date — and we stick to it.
Do you handle small jobs?
Yes. A single cracked step or a short section of walkway is worth fixing early, before water and freeze-thaw make it bigger.
